The Ellis Team was recently named the top agents in the state of Florida by RE/MAX.  The Ellis Team closed more transactions than any other single agent or team in the state of Florida, so it really was quite an honor to receive this award.

In addition to closing the most transactions in the state, the Ellis Team also was awarded Top 5 in the entire state in Sales Volume. This too is significant because Fort Myers Cape Coral real estate prices are not nearly as high as other areas in the state.  We here in SW Florida typically have to close more transactions than places like Naples, Boca Raton, etc.

Some of the newer things we use are Podcasts, Tablet PC’s to do contracts on the road, Virtual Tours using Podcast technology so the Tour is also searchabloe on the Internet.

Technology has made us much the Ellis Team much more efficient in SW Florida real estate.  We are able to demostrate to sellers in SW Florida how we’re able to sell their real estate property faster than other agents using these innoavtive technologies.  It creates a real wow for sellers in SW Florida.

Danforth Lakes Market Update

Currently there are 19 homes on the market with an average list price of $405,684  Of the 19 homes on the market, 1 is pending with a list price of $329,800

6 Listings have closed since January 1, 2006.  Average Sale Price was $367,150  2 of the 6 listings were Ellis Team at RE/MAX Listings, giving the Ellis Team a 33% market share of the sold listings this year.

The Ellis Team listed and sold 100% of their listings in Danforth Lakes.  This is primarily due to market knowledge, product knowledge of Danforth Lakes homes, and superior marketing.
